About UsMore
Nano Energy Materials (NEM) Laboratory was founded in 2011 in Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST). We currently have 6 faculty members, including 1 professor, 3 associate professor, and 2 assistant professors, and 30 graduate students. Our laboratory focuses on materials research for all-solid-state thin-film lithium batteries, supercapacitors, and new energy storage systems. We intensively explore batch fabrication technique for high-performance all-solid-state thin-film batteries and 3D structure design for batteries. We are aiming at developing the state-of-art solid-state thin-film batteries with high energy density, high safety, long cycle life, wide operation temperature range, low self-discharge, and high rate capability to achieve the wide applications of the new generation solid-state batteries in consumer electronics, wearable electronics, electric vehicles, military, aerospace, and smart grid.
